Follow Me

Station layouts in India are often confusing, and signage is inconsistent or difficult to interpret under stress. Many travelers, especially those with disabilities, heavy luggage, or limited language literacy struggle to navigate efficiently.
I led research, prototyping, and iterative design of two concepts:

• Follow Me 1.0: a station-level solution using floor projections and public infrastructure.

• Follow Me 2.0: a safer, more personalized navigation system via portable devices and service-based interactions.
