Users were relying on multiple disconnected apps for nutrition, training, and recovery, which led to fragmented tracking and low engagement.
To solve this, I designed EliteFit ecosystem, end-to-end from information architecture and modular flows to the design system. My focus was on creating a scalable product that balanced structured guidance with flexible content delivery.
